refulling

We my husband and I went to the shell Garage at about 10 o clock this morning at the South gate Johannesburg branch and we have been chased from one but to the other by First the Manger on duty and then the pump assistant when asking her why she told us that she had to serve another Driver where we already moved in to and no car was In the bay I approached her and ask her why the bad service she gave me lip and told me that she will loose her temper with me and then I took her photo on my cell phone told her I am going to report her. She than tried to hide her face but I caught a full pic of her . This is really bad not once but twice this Happened at this garage. We choose to support Shell and this is the service we get reaaaaal bad
