REALLY BAD SERVICE @ SHELL GARAGE ORLANDO EAST (POWER PARK)

I had a bad experience at Shell garage. I was waiting in line, but someone who came after me was helped before me. When I asked why, the staff were rude and arrogant. They showed no respect and didn’t even say sorry for what they did. This is showed that It's what the employees do in that specific garage.
