Really Bad Attitude from Shoft Supervisor

I would like to lay a complaint about your Honeydew Shell, Honeydew, Roodepoort, Gauteng.<br> <br> A lady, Nancy, which I am assuming was the shift supervisor, made things very uncomfortable for us, as well as several other clients at this branch on the 27th of January 2016.<br> <br> They were busy with shift change, but she was standing at the entrance of the shop screaming at her staff memebers at the top of her lungs for more than 5 minutes straight, in full view and hearing of EVERYONE that was waiting to fill up. <br> <br> From my point of view, this is unacceptable behaviour to be screaming at you staff members in that fashion in front of a very full service station of people waiting to be helped.<br> confronted her, asking her for her name, and calmly trying to explain that it was really upsetting for us as clients waiting whilst she is screaming at the attendants like that. Upon which she turned around to me with a massive attitude saying that this is how they do it everyday and if I don't like it I can leave.<br> <br> To me this is completely and utterly unacceptable, and a very poor image of the friendlyness and efficiency that Shell always promotes to their clients.<br> <br> Kindest regards,<br> Tanya Smith
