real bad service

<p>i am a regular at shell service station in Paarden eiland cape town. On two ocassions the cashier Beauty was rude and abrupt to me i asked where the manager was and there is never a manager there who i could report to. On friday 18 November was the limit when she screamed at me to wait while it was my turn to be helped at the lotto counter that she was incontrol of i felt very belittled and small by her screaming at me very rudely its totally inappropriate INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS.</p>
