****** Managers and Managers who can't discipline employees instead must banned potential customers.

This morning today of 23rd January Shell customer service line is a mess horrible I have called several times people just drop calls on yours. Same as Managers at Shell Ultra City in KZN Umgababa N2 South boundwho can't discipline his staff instead chase me and tell me on face that I must never come in the again he doesn't want any business from me and yet where the garage is situated 95% of customers are Africans but a black must be called a '******' in 2023 and knife was wielded at by the so called manager who was swearing 🤬 at me in Afrikaans took Pictures of me and my car registration without my concern Recently I have laid a complain with one of the managers about the same 'Lady' an employee at Shell garage station and even gave him my numbers as advice me of the proceedings in my matter,but instead this the same lady pointed me out as I was int he paying for petrol and my coffee, and the same manager who swear me this came straight to me saying' you you ****** don't want you in my shop cause troubling and hate my ataff, it was he first time to talk but didn't have a nerve to ask me in a decency about my complaint instead he accused me of being troublesome and bring problems in his shop.its almost three years now every Sundays and Mondays I spend nothing less than a 1000 rand worth of petrol purchased in those days. South African this is what we are going through in every day of our lives if you retaliate justice will always neglect your concerns and ********ized you. Another issue I'm around about the footage for all this incident that it will be deleted or police will even be denied access to the footage. I say this from my previous experience with Shell garage on the opposite direction where I was the victim of racial lures and even being knocked down by the car and hit by three Afrikaans people. By then the steers tenant decline to give police the footage and also the garage said some the cameras were non functional also the petrol attendant was treatned of loosing his if he testified on the matter,then there was substantial evidence the case was thrown out of yet I went to hospital my eye was injured my wrist injured I can't even wear my watch cause my rest is so painful. Justice Justice for all every part of the country for rich and for poor. I thank you The
