****** Manager Refused To Investigate

Bordeline ****** Treatment by the shell garage manager after we informed her of the suspected ***** at the fuel pumps at Shell Garage Villiers.

We filled up last night with R100 and the fuel gauge never moved , 30 minutes later we came back and added another R100 and still no movement.

This morning we went to Engen garage and Filled up with R 200 and the gauge moved , when we went to see the manager to investigate she told us it is impossible and that we should leave , one of the attends informed us that she was supposed to check on the system as to which fuel pump was used and further confirmed that people are often complaining of such and the manager is aware but choses to ignore the issue and disrespect us.
