****** AND ILL TREATMENT

We were at Shell Garage in Edwin Swales near the Bluff. Petrol attendant SHEDRECK came up to the car, took the money for the petrol (I doubt he even listened to the request for how much petrol to fill, rather he left with our money and attended to another customer and made us wait. We couldn't leave because he had taken our money for the petrol already. Till his colleague TREVOR came to the car to assist us, SHEDRECK was no where to be seen till his colleague was done. This was not the first encounter of terrible service we had recieve from SHEDRECK. The first encounter he served another customer who had arrived after us and made us wait when we had pulled up first. We have never experienced such disgusting service from any other petrol stations before. The first encounter we decided to let it go but this time we could not help but report this as it is clearly ongoing behavior from him. He needs to be trained, he needs to undergo vigorous customer service and common manners that an individual learns growing up, in their family setting. He has no sense of treating a customer. I truly do not know how it was possible that he even landed a job. I have not ever used the platform for negative reviews, but honestly today was the worst experience at SHELL GARAGE.
