Racially mocked for spilled fuel

I asked the attendant to fill the tank up. ( pump meter reads R0). A few minutes later a huge amount of fuel came gushing out. ( pump meter reads R 738). The attendant then pulled out the pump and then re inserted it and continued to fill the tank. This is when I asked him to stop as the tank was full. (Pump meter reads R740.90). I ask to speak to the manger. The supervisor arrived and told me that the massive puddle of fuel that lay on ground cost R0.01 and I should not worry cause even if it is 1L of fuel that it is " still small money". At this point the attendant that assisted me call the other attendants and started mocking me in Zulu. The supervisor did nothing. When I confronted the attendant about the mocking me, he passed a racial comment and walked a way. The supervisor just ignored the comment. But most surprising thing was that no one did anything to clean up the fuel.
