Pump meters not correct

We have a bigger problem in South Africa than anybody could ever imagine: yesterday I filled up the petrol tank in my car, because petrol price increase of R1-62per litre became effective at midnight. I used Shell in Eikenhof. The tank on my car was not even on reserve, which means that I had at least 10 litres still in the tank. My Volvo only has a 60litre tank, and even with the extra in the pipe, In all the years I have NEVER put in more than 60,5 litres. However, yesterday I put in 59,4 litres, and I KNOW I had at least 10 litres in the tank??? Who do they think they are fooling? Shell petrol station, you will never see me again for anything, because its obvious what you have done. Is every business in our country now out to fleece us, simply because they can? There is no way to deal with these types of theft, since there is no authority to go to, and Shell do not give a damn!
