Professional and understanding employees

I was at Shell Wentzel Motors in Bloemfontein and my bank card failed to swipe after filling up. I realized I had forgotten my new pin. The assistant spoke to his senior and went with me to the bank and the problem was solved.

It's in the way the assistant handled the situation - professionally. He was friendly, polite and understanding through I didn't get his name, which I feel I should have....I now have Shell's points card and only fill up at Shell. Thank you and keep it up.
