Printed slips

Revamped Shell stations now give you a heat printed slip which is of the type that fades away after time. I have asked, but the management does not oblige, saying this is how their systems work. This is not acceptable as the tax man will not listen to such excuses. I need the slips printed on paper to submit for tax purposes. This has turned me away from Shell which I supported for many years! What a pity!
