poor unprofessional service

<p>I went to refill petrol at Kraaifontein shell this afternoon 07 . For security reasons I went inside to swipe for the petrol when the cashier (Rachel) after a long wait(no one in front of me) told me she cant help me and I have to call the petrol attended to swipe the card for me. She did not even greet or smile its like someone is forcing her to work.I always refill at this garage and its a first receiving such news,& cold treatment .Iasked why and she said all petrol cards have to be swiped by petrol attendends and tis jus sounded weird. This lady was entirely rude and she does not deserve to serve customers. The attendent had to come inside to swipe the card for me while she continued to insult me behind my back with her colleague. I am a regular at this sercice station but this is not the shell service i have always known</p>
