Poor service_Shell Rifle Range

Went to fill up my car at the Rifle Range Shell garage in Johannesburg South this evening, 17 February 2023. The incompetence of the petrol attendants there left me appauled. While filling up the car, several of the petrol attendants were engaging in a huge conversation and not paying attention to the petrol pump. As a result, the petrol spilt everywhere and obviously exceeded my tank capacity. How was I to know at what price my tank was filled before it started spilling out? They expected me to pay the full price although lots of the petrol was puddled on the ground. I am not a happy customer at all and I doubt I would ever use their services again. The petrol attendants name is Nqobani and you have definitely brought the reputation of that service station down. You need to take pride in your job.
