Poor service SHELL LYTTLETON

I Took my car to shell lyttlelton car wash(jgmotors) for the car to be cleaned in and out. Upon finishing, my car had scratch marks which were not there before it was washed. I reported the matter to the manager who inspected the car and adviced that I submit certain documents and photos for him to facilitate fixing the car through his insurance... A month later he informs me that the car was not scratched at his service station... I felt insulted and disappointed as at first he made me submit documents and photos giving me the impression that he acknowledged the damage...
