Poor Service from Staff

When I'm at Klerksdorp I usually fill up my car at KHS Service Station, for the past year I noticed that the staff there don't know anything about customer service this has been a going issue, buy yesterday I was the at 3:30 the was no petrol attendance, all of them were inside the shop it took them 10min to come out, the guy who was helping me was busy on the phone while helping me. Around that time he left me saying he want to go inside cause they are busy with something I had to wait for another 5min. Intotal it took them +/- 20min to help me. Can the owner please look at this cause this thing has been happening for the past year most especially weekends.
