Poor service from shell Greenside...Attendant Moosa

My garage of choice is shell I only use Shell as garage of choice due to the fact that I have a shell v power loyalty card ( means nothing to employees of shell) My "loyalty" card has not been picking up on a SHELL machines for the past 2 months ...This evening I requsted for the attendend 2 pls issue me with a new loyalty card as I am tired of always waiting 20min + for the attendend 2 first call another attendend and then finally do it manually. This evening Moosa the attendent tells me I must come tomorrow moring to get a new card as they'll b delivered LOl...cards get delivered overnight ...
