Poor service from management

I went to fill up at Carswarld Midrand today around 8h15 am. They delayed and until I went to manager's office. The lady doesn't have name tag, she was rude, she told me they can't assist because they are changing shifts. We had the longest argument and I took the video as well. Bad service ever
