Poor Service for a Service Station

This morning I had to queue for fuel as the service station had only 2 pumps open. That wasn't a big problem however, as I had to wait for my turn which took me about 15mins.

Here comes the attendant by the name of Neo, (guess I remember name well), he opens the other pump. Directed me to the pump, then he walked away. I had to wait for another 15mins again.

As he walked away, his co-worker asked him if he was going to assist me, since she saw me in the queue a while back. He responded by affirming that he is assisting me. It is to my way mismanagement and poor customers handling. I am so disappointed by this filling station, as this is not the first time queuing for long however, but this got out of hand.

Trying to catch up with traffic to work then into this. I recommend never to opt for this place when in hurry or on limited time. You will be disappointed.
