Poor service ever

The WORST service ever ,i had to hoot before i got someone to attend me ,he came and when i asked why he stood there,without attending me he actually told me way to get off,his name is Tshesebe.Management of that specific Shell needs to do something about customer service.This happens every time when o pour petrol there.Last time when i went there their machines wouldn't take points card,in the kiosk there were two guys eating talking with their mouths full iyoo pleade do something.
