Poor service delivery

Worst experience ever at a service station. Blomtium Shell Service Center filled up my vehicle and when confronted the Manager that I believe that the value was not correct he ad viced me to drive around the corner to try and restore the system as if this is what caused the issue. I normally do fill up at Shell but after this experience I do have my concerns whether they in fact do fill up or do they fill up with air?
