Poor service

I have experienced poor customer service at Shell Ellis park twice now.

1st time I have spent more than 8min on the bowser and the petrol attendant were just standing and chatting to each other and I ended up going to the nearest Engen garage.

2nd time - today I spent about 5min on the bowser then, the petrol attendant decided to attend the car that came after me. I asked the attendant why is he doing so and he told me that there is nothing he can do because the driver of the other car told him that he came first. He asked another attendant to help me but that attendant refused to help me. I then had to leave the garage without getting petrol.
