Poor service at Shell South Africa

Stigos Shell service station in Mthatha has poor customer service, the fact that it's a franchise is no excuse for dragging the name of Shell in the mud. I topped up with petrol today, and handed over the cash as well as the V-plus rewards card to one of the attendants who took for ever load the points on my card blaming the network until I grew tired of that & decided to inflate my vehicles tires in the hope that he would be done by then, as I was busy inflating tires with air, the attendant proceeded to go with my rewards card to the cashier to cash-up. As I was finishing inflating my tires, the *********** attendant came back return my rewards card having NOT loaded the points shifting the blame this time to the cashier that the cashier had already cashed the sale hance he couldn't load the points which is a lie, but I told him it's fine in order to avoid making a scene even though he had rendered a poor service...

On Sunday 8 October, I tried to spend rewards points on my card at this very same service station's shop called Stigos shop, only to be told this shop is not part of shell which is odd considering the fact that the fuel station is part of Shell. This service station must pull up it's socks.
