Poor service at Shell garage on Jan Smuts

Poor service received on Saturday 25th February at the car wash at Shell on Jan Smuts. They did not vaccum the inside of my car nor did they spray the inside for that freshly washed smell and feel. I paid for a full house wash and was sadly disappointed. Twice they called me to tell me it was done, twice i pointed out another area that was not attended to. When i left i failed to recheck and everything I had reminded them to do was not done.

I have been been using this garage for 20 years as it is close to my home and just before the freeway that i use to get to work. There were two other men waiting with me and they did not receive the poor service that i received. In fact one of the men arrived after me but his car was done before mine.

Is this because i am a woman on her own? Im really disgusted.
