Poor Service and *********** Staff

Shell Filing Station Thohoyandou (Bridge) We were assisted by Abigail Nesengani to refuel our car. She broke the fuel cap and failed to report to us. When we got back to the station, her supervisor and another colleague got defensive. We asked to see the CCTV footage and they refused us to see it only bringing a picture of a cap that was not closed. Initially she had communicated that she is unable to open the car, only for her to refuel and leave the cap open. She had an attitude towards us and didn’t come to apologise as her superiors were standing up for her instead of asking her to admit to her mistakes and apologise. The manager of the filing station even refused to meet with us and he said it’s out of his hands.
