Poor service

Bad Service at Safari (Pinetown) I filled petrol, used my Capitec card to pay. I forgot my card , left the garage, was helped by the lady called Mandisa. On the very same day just after 18:00 my card was used by an unknown person - made a number payments. I received messages by that time I was not in Pinetown, I was in Drakensberg.

I came back, few days after reported the incident at Safari garage, the manager asked for a receipt and my bank statement. I gave her all the documents she asked for. I made a follow up twice, nothing happened, no one contacted me about what happened after watching the footage. S. Dhladhla Pinetown
