Poor Service

Shell's V Card promotion is absolute *******! I tried to use my V Card it to buy fuel at a Shell fuel station. It has taken approximately 21 hours for the pin number to arrive rendering the card useless. To add insult to injury a complaint via email will take a further 24 hours to get a response. Even more injury to insult, I phoned their customer care line *** where the consultant **** to me by telling me that the V Card department is closed, yet that number *** is actually being answered at a glacial pace. I will not waste my time further by using Shell fuel stations. Customer service is everything when you sell a product that is the same as the competitors, and shell does not even bother.
