Poor service

Poor service at Shell Midrand. I went to one of the Shell petrol station in Midrand on the 1st of March 2019 around 9:00 in the morning. I went to tank number 2 and there was 2 staff members who were there having a chat and didn't bother to assist me. I waited and waited still nobody assisted me. There was a staff member who was assisting one of the customer checking the tyre pressure and he called the two staff members to assist me they still didn't respond. I then reversed and went to tank no 8 that's where a petrol attendant assisted me with a smile and showed me respect and willing to assist to the fullest.

After he had put a full tank In my car. I went in the store to told the manager what happened he then went outside with me and asked the staff who were there and not assisting me and nobody came out in fact there was one who was defensive.

I went back In the store very angry and had to see the footage which we did. The manager there called the other manager and he came and I already had 2 hours wasted there and he checked the footage and promised to call me.

I have not received any call so far.
