Poor service

I went to shell umhlanga across gateway mall. I waited for service. No one came to serve us.

This has not happened the first time.....I had called the manger previous to this but to me the service is stil the same and has not changed.

No one came to my vehicle. There was another vehicle next to me that was attending to his own vehicle. What service does this garage provide?????
