Poor management, poor service: Shell Sentra Motors

Suikerbossie street, Blomtuin State, Bellville, Western Cape. They have a car wash service which has been retrofitted into the small space - with one way in and out, once you in the queue, you cannot get out until your car is FINALLY washed. After 45min of waiting to have a 5min wash and go - my patience ran out. The setup is such that one car is washed, vacuumed, cleaned inside and out; one car at a time!!!! I called the manager, Mario - not available, a lady (who knows who she is) answered sounding half asleep; which brushed me off. The Owner, Johan van Zyl, told me to just goto the Engen garage down the road in the future if i don't want to wait. If only Johan and Mario (whom cannot be contacted) used their brain, they could wash cars where they are doing so now, but then vacuum and do other services that take 15/20 min per car, a few meters toward the front left, where there is unused space, allowing a free flow of cars through the wash area; minumising customers waiting time dramatically, especially if they just want a wash/go.
