Poor customer service

I am disappointed with shell Lyndhurst, 247 pretoria road, Dorelan.. How do i pour petrol and after that i park on the parking only for the security to chase me away? Where do i rest if I'm tired and i just filled up.. This happened around 8p.m on the 4th of Jan 2024..I'm disappointed with the service.. They only want our money!
