Poor customer service.

Wanted to fill up petrol last night at Shell northpine. I reverse to the pump that was not occupied cause my tank is on the left. They refused to help me cause I'm facing the wrong. I know that there entrance ND exit section. Reason there was a car at the pump but one 1 inside stood for 3min waiting so I reverse to the other cause of my tank is on the left.. Car just being polish ND these guys don't care if they damage ur vehicle.. This service at totally un exceptable.
