Poor Customer Service

Tried to redeem the points on my V-card at Shell on South Road, Morningside Sandton. Very impolite staff , nobody was willing to assist to redeem the points that I had on my card for petrol. That will be the last time patron their station. The V-card has to be the worst loyalty card introduced in SA.
