Pie was spoilt

Bought a pie at the shell garage in eastbury... Chicken peri peri pie and took it to work for lunch only to find out it was spoilt.... The number provided on the Google did not work as I tried calling many times.... After work went to the garage poor customer service the manager only asked for my name and number and said the owner will call me back no apology no nothing pathetic customer service pathetic staff..... Still waiting for feedback.
