Petrol Increase Time - Sorry No Petrol

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but after three back to back fuel increases, on the evening when the price of petrol is due to increase and desperately want to save a few rands before getting knocked down - Sorry We Have No Petrol Tonight!

The first two times it was annoying - turning to highly frustrating to go pop into the garage the following day and WALA... They magically have full reserves of petrol!

Last night was exactly the same story where there was no fuel but after driving past the station this morning the magically were filling up poor idiots who returned the next day to pay the additional 20c per liter.

Please can anyone else confirm if they have also experienced the same situation from any petrol garage, especially if its Shell because this may not be ******* but find it highly ********* and shell image has now integrity considering the hardships we are starting to face with all these new fuel increases!
