Petrol In a Diezel Car

<p>At Shell , Taurus Road, I requested the petrol attendant to add diezel in my car - Jetta. I proceed to the ATM to withdraw cash to pay for it. Upon my return I verified with the attendant that it was the required amount, he then repeat the total and that it was Diezel. I paid and then drove off. Everything was fine, until I reached the intersection of Malibongwe and Presendant Fouch. The motor car then suddently stalled in the peak of traffic - I called the VW who then send out a towing truck. My car the repairs and I paid. By then it was past 4, I drove off and went to the petrol garage to talk to the manager and start a process to get my money - as I drove in I noticed (I specifically looked to any notices regarding liability) non was evidant. The manager was not in and proceeded and explained to the supervisory he then promised to give it to the manager - which he did. </p> <p>Now the big issue really starts a week later I called - they indicated that they have submitted it to the the head office, and they sent it into the insurance for payout. The waiting process started - now, a few months later of numerous calls to a lady at Shell Honeydew Head office, by the name of Trudie, indicate the the "boss" said he will not pay it out as notices are available.</p> <p>Why in heavens name would you say the following:</p> <p>1. Submit a claim - then the "boss" says no his not going to pay;</p> <p>2. Excused from Trudie - they can receive telephone call but cannot make any;</p> <p>3. Her "boss" is never in the office</p> <p>4. I am irritating her, by keep on calling.</p> <p>5. He "boss" indicated that even though my car was under warrenty the mechanic on site should have worked on my car and not VW.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Well Shell lost another customer....</p> <p> </p>
