Petrol attended bad service

I was at shell garage in Cape town the one opposite mercedece bens and while we were waiting for the petrol attended to come to us after he's done of what he was doing he then attend the white guy car we tried to ask why is he doing that he then said hai wetu i ask him when is your manager he laugh and said to me he's there to my suprice he was not even looking at me the boss came as well with a smile asking whats wrong i had to explain he didnt even try to attend the case only thing he said is sorry am not sure if this is how you guys are training your employers and as far as i know thats not the customer service so plz i want you guys to attend the case and get back to me cz he is so disrespecful and clearly he knows nothing about the customer service taxi driver they all complaining and saying they not going to that garage because of bad service am worried because you will loose lot of client because of your employers they even lie about the name hence i cant even wr
