Petrol attendant put petrol instead of diesel in my petrol tank

<p>Petrol attendant put Petrol instead of Diesel in my car! AVOID Shell on CNR Rivonia and South Roads, Sandton! <br />Imagine the damage and inconvenience this has caused all because Shell hired an *********** staff who could not put in the correct fuel. The garage manager, Bhavesh was actually quite rude and referred me to the garage owner, Eli after verifying it was Shell's error. When I called the owner, all he told me was to get my insurance to contact his insurance, WITHOUT providing any details like his full names and the details of his insurance company. My entire petrol tank had to be emptied which means i am out of pocket of an entire tank of PETROL, i had to rent a car for a few days while my car was being repaired, and obviously i had to pay for the repairs. Called Shell to log a complaint and was told it takes up to a month to resolve. Wheres the urgency?</p>
