Pathetic service from *********** staff at shell sa

Shell sa has thee most *********** staff, from garages all the way up to customer care. Local garage fills both petrol and diesel into my a3 2.0 tdi on the 16 may 2022, 11 weeks later and I still seem to be struggling to get this issue resolved, shell customer care claims that they haven't received emails after me receiving an automated response with reference number. The service station acknowledged the wrong, yet fail to resolve. The service level is pathetic, all they seem to do is pull time.
