Pathetic service

I must say I had a very pathetic service from a cashier named Mapaseka at shell garage geba street in Kagiso. Prior to my purchase, she laughed like I was some kind of an insane person or something was wrong with me. I remember asking her what was wrong wrong and she was extremely rude and have me attitude where she said " reka tuu ousi" meaning " lady, buy" her manner of approach to me was extremely bad that I felt I didn't want to make a purchase no more. I was really disappointed and if this is the type of cashiers they keep then I have no words..
