Pathetic service after driving to just fill up at a shell

I drove into shell garage at 23.50pm, 3 petrol attendants were busy taking stock, after 4mins 1 attendant came and said he cnt help until 12am, its now 12.09am and only now I am helped. The attitude is pathetic
