PATHETIC SERVICE

I am disgusted by your poor service at Shell Garage in Good Wood (Next to Fairbairn College). This morning the petrol attendant threw in petrol in my car and then came to me to make payment. I paid and left. Whilst driving, a car hooted and I pulled over. The man said my petrol cap is completely open and the flap is open as well. Should the petrol attendant not close the petrol cap after throwing in petrol???? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Do your jobs properly!!!!
