Pathetic service

Was at shell petrol port Leeu Gamka on the 28 10 2022. Petrol attendant doesn't inform us there are no diesel/petrol they rather stand in the shade talking to other colleagues

Inside the store the lady behind the till is so rude and arrogant..I took 2x 5star ice creams and the price she charged and the price on fridge differs and I informed her nocely with an attitude she told me thats the price scanned after the 3rd I told her to call management..she disappear and came back her manager is busy ..I asked her and now..she cancelled my ice creams and looked and waved at the person behind me to be next and I told her they dont have customer service and she can tell her manager that..inside and outside the store rhey are rude and could see a lack of management in staff etiquette.
