Pathetic service

What a bad experience I received from Shell Amalinda, I went to buy a few things at the garage then I asked to use the toilet facility of which I was told it costs R2.I asked for change from the cashier and went to insert it.It was swallowed by the door and I went to report it they said there is nothing they can do.I complained then a lady that works there asked for the key from her colleague who told her that she knows its not allowed I must see what to do or go insert another one.I left without using the toilet and the attitude was the worst.
