PATHETIC SERVICE

If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't!!!!! This morning I went to Shell Blair Atholl. What HORRIFIC service!!!! The petrol attendants were incredibly slow to assist you. If they walked any slower they wouldn't have been walking at all!!! There was no good morning or thank you please come again. Once the petrol had been put in it took them forever again to get the ATM machines so you could pay. They spoke about you in their language, forgetting that maybe you actually understood them. They were rude to the other customers who were also waiting to be served.

This puts shell in a very bad light and I definitely won't be using this service station again, as well as I will tell my friends and family never to use their services.
