Pathetic Poor Service.

I just had the worst experience in a Shell Garage in Boksburg in Trichard Road across Parkdene. a very hot summers day I went in to go buy x cooldrinks for my family. strike one my son slipped and fell back on hos head due to there tiles being full of water by their ice cream machines and NOT BOTHERED TO MOP IT UP!!!! the two ladies by the counter saw this and just sat there!!!!! not even an apology nothing! so now trying to pay for my goods already frustrated as my baby could of gotten seriously injured the lady tells me no sorry she cant accept my R100 note as it was to dirty??????!!!!!!! Shell I am disgusted in your service and ATTITUDE! you are losing a lot of business amd a few people came to me afterwards and said they saw what happened amd that it was wrong! Goodluck with your pathetic garage!!!!!!!

Will NEVER stop at your Shell ever again!!! I would rather walk to the next service station to get petrol in a desperate time!
