Pathetic manager at Shell

<p>My 4yr old needed the toilet so badly that she was in tears. The lovely lady at the cash register said we could use the staff toilet as the public toilets were locked. This was at 17:30. As We came out the manager lifted his hands and asked me "what's going on here, this is NOT a public toilet" he then followed another mommy with her little one and had a go at her. What a miserable human being. I am utterly disgusted. I used to fill up twice a week because I do lots of driving but I will never ever go back to support shell Palmyra (near bishops school) ever again!!!!</p>
