Pathetic customer service and problem solving from the owner of Shell in Ormonde

Customers do not support the Shell Garage at Fomiss Ormonde. The Shell garage, the one without the restaurants has pathetic customer service and an unprofessional owner who probably does arrange for his staff to attend professional development. He encourages his petrol attendants to lie to customers and say he is not on the premises and when clearly he was. He also makes no effort to resolve issues of his staff ill treating customers.

I forgot my purse at home after filling petrol and wanted to speak to the owner of the Shell so that I could do an electronic transfer instead from my lap top. I asked many times to the supervisor for me to please speak to the owner or manager. Both petrol attendant supervisors then proceeded to lie to me and say that the owner and managers are not there and wanted me to transfer the money for the petrol to their accounts instead. I then told the attendant that I cannot do that and preferred to speak to the manager to resolve it. They were insistent that I transfer the money to their account and would not accept any other solution.

When I told them I would go home in Robertsham to rather fetch cash, the two attendants insisted I leave my lap top while I go to fetch my purse while insisting that there is no manager around and no one else who can resolve the matter. I was not willing to do this either as my lap top was valuable and could not trust leaving it in the hands of strangers.

A short while later I proceeded to leave with my car and rather drive home to fetch my purse as trying to resolve the matter with these two supervisors was getting me nowhere. The one supervisor then put his hands in my car and pulled my car keys out from my car without my permission and went to give it to the owner of the Shell. There were in fact manager staff and the owner who were all present on the premises in the office. I was very upset and shouted at this attendant to give my car keys back.

The owner of this Shell is absolutely unprofessional and did not resolve my problem at all! I explained that I wanted to do the transfer of money and the petrol attendants **** to me and were forward enough to ***** my car keys. He allowed me to transfer the money and made absolutely no attempt to resolve what his petrol attendants did. This is pathetic customer service. I wanted his name so that I could report the matter. He instructed the staff around him not to give his name. He had a non caring attitude and just and walked away...
