PATHETIC BAD SERVICE

I am not a complaining person but his experience left me shocked as a customer, on Friday I visited a Shell Petrol Station in Noordgesig, I was assistant by Tshepo with his attitude, made me really to complain, when I got to pour petrol, I waited for space to be available, when space was available after one of the cars left, I went in, now my petrol tank was on the other side of the petrol pump, before he assisted, he asked me whether I'm here to pour, I said yes, the car was leaving that was next to me, he then instructs me to leave that petrol pump that I wS already on, to go to the one next me, but I said what's wrong with this one, since it's not closed, he didn't want to answer me, he was busy instructing me to go the next one, I asked him 3 times, he was pointing to the next petrol pump saying I must go there, while making a reverse, there was another car that was going to that pump in a rush, I nearly bumped it, I told him that this is not the way to be talking to clients without giving reason, he then said, I am not allowed to pour petrol if the pump is in the opposite side. Looking at the car that was on my right, had a tank thst was opposite and was being attended to, I showed him and asked him why your colleagues are servicing thst car that has a tank on the opposite...this is where I saw that this guy has a stinking attitude not only to me but to his colleagues, He Said" THEY DO THAT, NOT ME, I DONT WORK LIKE THEM, THEN HE LEFT ME STANDING THERE...A colleague came and apologized for the guy and attended to me after waiting time with Tshepo, left me standing and creating a scene, I ss so embarrassed because I was with my wife about rhe service I received that day, I never had a problem before, I was assisted by other colleagues with the before and never said a thing, inwould have small conversations with them after bit Tshepo was rude that I really feel like not going to that petrol station anymore because my blood will boil seeing his face, so what a pathetic bad service I got from him, it doesn't even deserve that star, infact it should be 0 but there isn't that option.
