Parthetic service ever

Yoh, yoh, yoh... On the 01 June 2019 in the afternoon 15:30 - 16:00. My family & I went to Shell filling station Protea Glen ext 11 to fill in the petrol.

Guess what. I received the worst service ever from the filling station. I think I was hoping for something different this time from the filling station since they have upgraded their building but I was so wrong.

They are always busy but they have one petrol attendant who is servicing two machines alone. For couple of minutes cars were parked in front of the machine with no attendant all of them they were in the window with the cashier. When asked the attendant the procedures to lay a complain they responded that I should go to shell website to do so.

This is the worst ever filling station I ever used. It’s like one is there to request credit for petrol or their service yet we pay instantly for their service. The management in that filling station do not careless about us yet they get paid month.

The service in this filling station is so parthetic. Please help & do something ASAP unless closed down the doors. I won’t tolerate such service. I also work in the industry of serving others & I ensure that I give my best because this is my passion. When we serve other we should do so motivated by the passion not the money only. I even left without being attended.
