Not intrested in serving the public after purchasing.

<p>It was July the eighth. .An it was about 7.20 am...I purchased I cup of coffee...ab after drinking it at my vehicle . I then needed to use their bathroom.. At my suprise I was told the toilets are not for the public are customers. ..but only for the employees use. ..the supervisor George said this with no customer service...he even encouraged me to report this...as I am doing so...I personally enjoy Shell. ..but this situation makes me very disappointed. Please look after your customers an respect them .And give them public toilets especially if they bought from you. NOT YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST BUT CUSTOMER FIRTS.</p>
